Kelly brings a wealth of executive-level strategic planning and negotiation expertise to all her real estate transactions, from her corporate career managing cyber security for the Cosompolitan of Las Vegas strip casino and her prior positions as a Vice President at Citigroup and as a Portfolio Manager for the US Department of Education. She holds a degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Economics and Business Administration and is a Senior Fellow in government.
